1. Summon for the first ordinary council of the students’ union fiscal year of 20/21

Lovely members of the Blekinge Students’ Union – We hereby summon you to the first ordinary council of this fiscal year. The dates and time for the council meeting is 2020-09-19, 09:00. As you know, the current situation that we’re in restricts us from having the council in its ordinary way. We will therefore, for the fourth time in the history of this students’ union, have an online ordinary council. The exact details of the logistics of how the online council meeting will work will be sent out and explained by the supplementary papers which I will distribute on 2020-09-10.

For the first ordinary council, we are going to assert the specified oporational plan and the election of the Nomination Committee for this fisical year

PLEASE NOTE – Since the meeting will be held online, and partly in English, it is important that all sub-orgs of the student union submit their operational reports to this council. Please prepare these in English. Like mentioned, the plan is to hold part of the meeting in English. Right now the plan is to have the meeting in English except for the agenda points for elections, which will be primarily held in Swedish (if no objection is raised regarding this during the meeting.) If you are the chairperson of your sub-organization, put it into your calendar to submit the operational report to us [1] no later than 2020-09-09. Include information about what your organization is doing to ensure quality in your work even though we’re all heavily restricted due to the Corona pandemic.

If you wish to submit a motion to the meeting, please submit it to the Student Union Board[1] no later than 2020-09-04 at 23:59. If you need help in writing a motion, the Board is arranging a Motion-a-thon (Motionsstuga) on 2020-09-01 and 2020-09-02 at campus Gräsvik in Karlskrona and 2020-09-03 at campus Karlshamn in Karlshamn
