Lovely members of the Blekinge students’ union – We hereby summon you to the second ordinary council of this fiscal year. The dates and time for the council meeting is 2021-10-20, 10:00. With no more restrictions we are going back to having a physical meeting, and we are going to be in Karlshamn. The exact details of the logistics of how the physical council meeting will work will be sent out and explained by the supplementary papers which we will distribute on 2021-11-12.
For the second ordinary council meeting, we are going to look back on the last year and reflect on what happened. At the same time we are going to decide if last year’s representatives shall be released from liability.
PLEASE NOTE – Since the meeting will be partly in English, it is important that all sub-orgs of the student union submit their operational reports to this council. Please prepare these in English. Like mentioned, the plan is to hold part of the meeting in English. If you are the chairperson of your sub-organization, put it into your calendar to submit the operational report to us [1] no later than 2021-11-11.
If you wish to submit a motion to the meeting, please submit it to the Student union board[1] no later than 2021-11-06 at 23:59. If you need help with writing a motion, the Board is arranging a Motion-a-thon (Motionsstuga) on 2021-11-03 and 2021-11-04 at campus Karlskrona and 2021-11-01 at campus Karlshamn. More details will be released on our social medias.
