Lovely members of the Blekinge students’ union – We hereby summon you to the second ordinary council of this fiscal year. The dates and time for the council meeting is 2021-02-26 and 2021-02-27, with start 10:00.
For the third ordinary council, we are going to decide next operational year’s membership fee and election to the sections.
If you wish to submit a motion to the meeting, please submit it to through this form no later than 2022-02-10 at 23:59[2]. If you need help with writing a motion, the Board is arranging a Motion-a-thon (Motionsstuga) on 2022-02-07 and 2022-02-10 at campus Karlskrona and 2022-02-09 at campus Karlshamn. More details will be released on our social medias.
For this meeting, we will use VoteIT as our primary system for the speakers list and for pleading. A link to VoteIT can be found here.[4] and a guide for how to use VoteIT can be found here.[5]
As per usual, all papers can be found on Molnet, starting tomorrow at noon.[3]
Any questions can be directed to the board for the Student union. Otherwise, more information will be available in the supplementary papers on 2022-02-18.
